Our shoes are sized in EU. Use the chart below to convert to your usual US or UK size, and measure your foot if you are between sizes — a 5 mm difference is enough to change how a dance shoe feels.
How to measure your foot
- Stand on a sheet of paper in the tights or socks you dance in, with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe. Measure from the wall to that mark — this is your foot length in centimetres.
- Measure both feet and use the longer one. Do this late in the day, when feet are at their largest.
Dance shoes should feel close-fitting, not tight. If your foot length falls between two sizes, go up for ballet and jazz flats, and stay with the smaller size for tap shoes, where a snug heel matters more than toe room.

Conversions are approximate and vary by style. Where a product page gives a specific fit note, that note takes priority over this chart.
Width and fit
Our standard width suits most dancers. If you have a wider forefoot, a high instep, or normally wear a wide fitting, tell us before ordering — several styles can be built on a wider last. Ask us first and we will confirm which styles and sizes are possible.
Still not sure?
Send us your foot length in centimetres, the style you are looking at, and what you normally wear. We will tell you which size to order — usually within one working day.

For custom pairs we work from your measurements rather than a stock size, so the chart above does not apply. Send your foot length, the width across your forefoot, and a tracing of each foot on paper. We confirm the measurements with you before cutting, and made-to-order pairs usually ship in 3 to 4 weeks.
